NEW ZEALAND DEBUT

Vivian Choi makes her New Zealand debut at the Te Kōkī New Zealand School of Music (Victoria University of Wellington). On August 14th, Vivian Choi will premiere Legend by former NZSM visiting lecturer Gao Ping as part of the Jack C Richards Creative New Zealand Composer-in-Residence handover event. Click for more info. NANTUCKET MUSICAL SOCIETY

Vivian Choi opens the 2014 Nantucket Musical Society Concert Series (Meet the Artist July 7th, Solo Recital July 8th). The Nantucket Musical Arts Society was formed in 1959 and has been presenting world-class artists to the residents of Nantucket since that time. New CD SOUVENIRS

Vivian Choi's latest album, Souvenirs, contains a sparkling array of classics of the piano repertoire with composers ranging from Scarlatti and Mozart to Chopin and Albeniz. This limited edition album features two bonus tracks of piano works by Chinese composers for which Vivian received critical acclaim on her recent China Tour.
